INDEVI Automation Platforms
LT Let's talk

Process optimisation and custom operations platforms

I turn operational chaos into an automated platform.

Orders, jobs, hours and money — in one place, running by themselves.

The hours you get back

55 hours a month

6.8 person-days of work a month

Your numbers, not my promises.

I work directly with the owner

How it works today

The company grows. The way it runs stays the same.

With five people a phone and a good memory were enough. Now the same approach costs you.

Five places where time and money leak every day.

  • 01

    Everything goes through the owner

The answers live with one person and their phone.

  • 02

The same data, typed in twice

Paper, spreadsheet, invoice, accounting. Every retype is a mistake waiting.

  • 03

Finished work never reaches the invoice

Hours and materials stay in chat messages, not on the bill.

  • 04

    Profit shows up too late

You learn what a project earned once it is over.

  • 05

Every new hire brings new chaos

The rules live in people’s heads, not in a system.

Chaos is not your people’s fault.

It is a sign the company needs a system.

The solution

One platform. Every piece of work in its place.

Built around the way your company works, not the other way round.

  • Orders and clients

First enquiry to final payment, on one line.

  • Jobs and schedules

People see their tasks; the manager sees everything.

  • Hours and materials

Logged where the work happens, straight onto the project.

  • Work reports and invoices

Generated from data that is already in.

  • Costs and profit

Visible while the project is still running.

  • Connected to what you use

I do not replace your accounting. I connect it.

What you get

  • The owner can see everything without calling anyone.
  • Data is entered once.
  • The company no longer rests on one person.

The best part

Chaos put in order turns into time and money.

How I work

Order first. Automation second.

Automated chaos is still chaos.

  1. 01

    I learn how you work

The whole path from first enquiry to paid invoice.

  2. 02

    I lay out the process

Who owns what, and what no longer happens by hand.

  3. 03

    I build the platform

In stages: you try the first part with real data.

  4. 04

I launch it and stay close

Migrate the data, train your people, fix what surfaces.

Price

What does it cost?

I will not quote a number up front, because it follows your process rather than my price list. These are what move it:

  • How much of the process

Time tracking alone, or the whole path from enquiry to paid invoice.

  • How many people use it

The owner and the bookkeeper, or every crew on site with a phone.

  • What has to be connected

Accounting, GPS, barcodes — every connection is a piece of work of its own.

  • What happens to old data

Carry years of history across, or start on a clean sheet.

I work in stages at a fixed price: after a free call you get a proposal with the price, the stages and the dates. You see the first working part early, not at the end.

Track record

The same layer, in eight companies.

In six of them it is running every day; in two it is measured down to the hours and the euros. I do not name the companies behind the internal systems: that is their business, not my scoreboard.

  • Crane rental

About 40 machines: orders, hours from site, work reports and invoices.

  • Scaffolding rental

Rentals per site, returns and accounts in one place.

  • Construction contractor

Workers’ time on site and against specific tasks.

  • Meat processing

Orders, batch numbers and traceability from the raw material.

  • Fire extinguisher manufacturing

An audit and a production-control plan on top of the accounting they already had.

  • Textile manufacturing

An audit: 1,334 hours of manual work a year across three systems, and how to bring them into one.

  • Construction estimating

Bills of quantities priced from a database instead of by hand.

  • Estimating with supplier prices

Supplier price lists and PDF schedules on one path.

Portfolio

More than forty things already running.

Eighteen operations platforms, seven chat agents, seventeen websites and shops. In a client’s transfer business, my WhatsApp agent has taken more than €20,000 of bookings since May.

Chat agents

  • WhatsApp · transfers

Answers, quotes the price and writes down the transfer booking — more than €20,000 worth in a client’s business since May.

    Running

  • Web and email · distributor

Drafts the reply from a knowledge base, and asks the owner when it does not know.

    Running

  • Telegram and web · setter

Tracks leads, sends the reminders and prepares the call.

    Running

  • WhatsApp and web · construction sites

An invoice or a receipt from a phone lands in the site’s costs and in Drive.

    Running

  • WhatsApp · outbound

Writes a personal message for every company on the list; a person sends it.

    Running

  • WhatsApp · flower wholesale

Supplier list → orders in plain text → what is left at the end of the day.

    Running

  • Instagram DM · beauty services

Qualifies, offers a time and takes the deposit.

    Built, waiting for Meta access

Screens from clients’ own systems stay with the clients — that is their data, not my shop window. The first two screens are from a system of my own, with its test contractors. Everything else opens, and is running today.

Who it is for

Construction, manufacturing, rental and service companies that are growing faster than their structure.

Worth a conversation if:

  • you still pick up the phone on holiday;
  • you are hiring one more administrator to keep track of everything;
  • spreadsheets are not enough and off-the-shelf software does not fit;
  • you want the profit on each project, not only the month-end result.

About me

Deividas Iršas

Founder of INDEVI

I built the first system like this for one company. Then a second, then a third. Around the eighth time it was clear I kept building the same thing: the layer between the owner’s spreadsheets and the accounting.

It breaks in the same place everywhere — where the work is done but has not become data yet. So I start with that path, not with code.

I work directly with the owner: I map the process, build it, and answer for it. There is nobody between you and the person writing the code.
